The course is tailored to meet your needs. Whether it’s presenting your project in English, giving a lecture in English, or business meetings abroad? We’ll prepare you.

We use books from Oxford and Cambridge University; other courses are developed by a university educated TESOL teacher. (TESOL=Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages)

In addition to the books the teacher will also present current material from newspapers, magazines, internet, etc. for discussion.  Knowledge of cultural differences, appropriate word choice, and differences between UK English and American English are also important topics that are brought up during the course.

Course Duration and Price

The semester courses are most often in 32- hour modules. A module can be an ordinary semester (2 hours each week over 16 weeks) or can be shortened by taking four or six hours each week. This is up to the customer. The price for a 32 hour course is 25.000-30.000 NKR and includes preparation time, assessment tests, researching appropriate material, evaluation and certification. The books and cassettes/CDs are not included in this price. Courses can be held during the workday, evenings or weekends. Intensive courses (2 weeks, 1 month etc.) can also be arranged (price: 800 NOK per hour). Courses are held at your workplace – our teachers come to you.

Start Date

When choosing a date for beginning the course, please keep in mind that ordering books from England can take three weeks. We order the books, but the cost is not included in the course price. The book store bills you directly.
An assessment test will be filled out before the course begins to ensure the students are in the right course for their ability level. This is an important part of planning the course.
